Rapp Seeks to Make Garage Door Leader the “Go To” in Market. KANSAS CITY, Mo. – Delden Manufacturing, the Midwest’s leading garage door manufacturer and distributor, promoted Becky Rapp to the position of Branch Manager for the company’s St. Louis, Mo. door center.

A nine-year Delden veteran, Rapp previously worked in the accounts receivable department. Rapp’s in-depth knowledge of Delden, products, customers, and her extensive managerial experience made her the ideal candidate.

“Becky Rapp has shown since day one of her employment, that she is a quick learner, self-motivated and efficient,” said Denise Dahms, President of Delden Manufacturing Co. “For these reasons, we have confidence she will fulfill her new role to a high level.”

Rapp assumed branch manager duties in July 2015, giving her time to settle into the position and create a set of customer service-oriented objectives. She is looking forward to building on efforts to make Delden a household name in the St. Louis, Mo. region.

“I want to use my strong customer relations skills to ensure we are assisting our customers with their needs. In turn, this will help their business grow and increase our brand recognition in the St. Louis area,” Rapp said. “I am looking forward to new growth and customers. We want to be more of a presence in the community, and I want to revitalize our ‘go to’ status in St. Louis. We want to achieve this in both the wholesale and retail markets.”
